Sweet Tox is seeking a full-time Patient Experience Representative to join our growing team. As the first and last impression of our practice, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include patient communication, scheduling, check-in/check-out, administrative support, and ensuring our office runs smoothly each day.

Position Details:

• Full-time position

• Saturdays required

• Customer service and administrative experience preferred

• Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented
