MEET ANGIE

Our certified Nurse Practitioner and Wellness Director, Angie, will assess your current challenges in your weight loss journey. Together, the two of you will come up with a plan that matches your goals through diet, exercise, nutrition and medical grade weight loss medications to support your unique journey.

FAQ’s

  • Length of treatment is individualized for each person! As we start on medication, we will find the most effective dose together. Once we find your sweet spot, we usually stay here until we reach your goals (yay!). Once we feel like you’re in a good place and have created healthy, sustainable habits, we’ll discuss weaning off the meds.

  • If you’re someone who’s looking to lose 10 or more pounds AND keep it off, you’re our person! We’ll review your most recent medical history and labs to make sure this is a safe option for you.

    • If you and Angie decide that this program isn't the best option for you, you're able to utilize 50% of your deposit towards another Wellness service

  • For your first appointment/consultation, we’ll go through your medical history (bring your most recent labs, please!) and do a quick physical exam. Then, we will talk about your previous experience with weight loss, your overall goals and if there are any other questions we can answer for you.

    After that, we’ll get into the nitty gritty and discuss how our program works and if it’s right for you!

  • We ALWAYS strive to provide our patients with an exceptional experience, and our wellness sector is no different. Here’s what the program looks like and what it comes with:

    -Welcome gift 💕

    -Weekly weight loss shot

    -Weekly B12 Boost or Slim Trim shot starting on week 2

    -A WAC partnership (eek!), which includes a 7 day free trial and 1 hour personal training session starting on week 4 (can be sooner if requested)

    -A partnership with the DELISH Simple Eats MKE, where you can enjoy 10% off their amazing meals

    -Meds for management of symptoms as needed

  • We’re here to HELP you in any way that we can and be your cheerleaders through this process. Our overall goal here at Sweet Tox is to educate you on sustainable weight loss, and that goes much deeper than just a weekly shot.

    We’ll give you tools, tips and tricks on how to obtain and MAINTAIN successful and healthy weight loss.

    No matter how big or small your goals are, we’ll share them with you and do whatever we can to help you reach the stars.

  • Consultation- $300 at the time of booking

    • If you and Angie decide that this program isn't the best option for you, you're able to utilize 50% of your deposit towards another Wellness service

    3 Month Package $1,700 [$566/month or $141/week]

    6 Month Package $3,300 [$550/month or $137/week]
